This may make me unpopular on tumblr, but I’m not a huge fan of Terry Richardson, I’m not so enamoured with his usual lo-fi style, tho some may point out that I use a white wall-one light set up often myself. His style has also become the hipster photographer trend, also lending itself a gonzo style of involving the photographer themselves in the photo. It’s been done to death I think. Blame Vice magazine. (note - I can’t actually blame Vice, as they gave me some very nice expensive headphones)
Anyway, I DO like this photo. One of the few of Richardson’s photographs that I do.

Shame I’m pretty too damn clueless with women to actually follow it. I do know that any attempts by myself to chat up ladies culminates with the earth opening up and swallowing me whole.
So how do I justify my usual success? I shall answer that by saying what success?

This is true.
I also have stories about things that have nearly happened to me:
I nearly joined the Russian space program when I was 17 (couldn’t afford the cost of sorting out)
I nearly went on tour as a roadie for the Rolling Stones when I was 23(?) (The ‘Stones tax issues meant few UK roadies were taken on)
I was never nearly, but asked if I wanted to be a pimp in a Greek owned, Russian staffed whorehouse when I was 28. (Already had a job)
All these are true. Just sometimes a bit embellished depending on my audience and alcohol levels.
